Responsibilities:

Stuart Segal manages and develops innovative and cutting-edge health services solutions for a range of clients for AllOne Health Group, including AllOne Mobile^SM.

Professional Experience:

With more than 35 years of experience, Segal has developed a reputation as one of the leading experts in health care management, especially in the fields of health plan operations, managed behavioral health, provider compensation, and mergers and acquisitions. His career includes lengthy tenures as an executive at Aetna, Magellan Health Services, Liberty Healthcare Corporation and Psychiatric Care Associates. He also served as First Deputy Managing Director and Deputy Commissioner of Public Health for the City of Philadelphia, Pa.

In his current role, Segal leads the charge to implement 21st century health solutions to a wide variety of purchasers and consumers. As vice president of integrated operations for AllOne Health Group, he has overseen the implementation of AllOne Mobile - an industry-leading mobile application developed by the AllOne Health Group to place personal health information at consumers’ fingertips through their mobile phones. With an emphasis on synergy and a focus on creating products with the individual in mind, Segal develops integrated solutions to ease the problems associated with the delivery of medical, behavioral health and productivity solutions.

Leadership:

Segal has served as an executive for a variety of health care providers and service companies, and spearheaded the implementation of AllOne Mobile. In addition to a firm knowledge of health solutions, Segal’s business savvy has brought success in various C-suite positions in which he has initiated and fostered cross-functional teams of health care experts, medical professionals and sales associates to create solutions that are not only profitable, but affordable and improve customer service.
