Responsibilities:

As president and CEO of AllOne Health Group, William C. Reed is responsible for directing overall company operations and overseeing individual business groups, including AllOne Health Resources, AllOne Health Management Solutions, AllOne Mobile Health, Erin Group Administrators and Significa Insurance Group. Through these business groups, AllOne Health Group provides integrated health and information solutions to improve the health and well-being of individuals, businesses, organizations and the nation at large.

Professional Experience:

Prior to joining AllOne Health Group as a 22-year health care industry veteran, Reed served in executive leadership positions for health care providers such as: Gentiva Health Services, a national provider of alternate site health care services; Quantum Health Resources, a national provider of home infusion services; and Geisinger Health System, a multi-entity health care provider with more than 50 locations throughout Pennsylvania.

Leadership:

Reed serves as a board chairman of The Diamond City Partnership and as a board member for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Prostate Cancer Tournament Foundation, Healthy Northeast Pennsylvania Initiative, Great Valley Technology Alliance, Keystone College and MEDHOST.

In addition, Reed is an author and frequent presenter on health care issues, as well as a member of many professional associations. He is former president of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), former chairman of the Healthcare Information Systems Executive Association (HISEA), former board director of the Center for Healthcare Information Management (CHIM) and Microsoft Healthcare Users Group (MS-HUG), and former chairman of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).

In 1995, Reed was honored by HIMSS and CHIME as “Healthcare CIO of the Year” and was awarded the John E. Gall, Jr., CIO Award, which recognizes long-term success as a CIO in the health care IT industry.

Education/Certification:

Reed received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Drexel University and his Master of Science in computer science from Rutgers University.

Personal:

Reed is married with six children and resides in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
